Getting to Berlin

Most of you will arrive via plane. The two airports are Tegel (north-west) and Schönefeld (south-east).
From there aim for Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) or Alexanderplatz, depending on what place you book.

If you arrive via train, Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) will be your best destination.

If you get offered something at “Friedrichstrasse” or “Leipziger Strasse”, be careful since these streets are pretty long. Except you don’t mind walking 10-15 minutes or taking the bus.

There are several hostels available, but note that they often are multi-bed (2-4) rooms with shared bathroom. Prices range between 10-40 EUR per night.
